One of the most meaningful experiences during our recent journey to Thailand was visiting the Children Orphanage Centre in Pattaya, where kindness, hope, and compassion came together in the most genuine way.
For the team at Global Universe Queens, community engagement is an important part of our mission. We believe that leadership extends beyond the stage and is demonstrated through acts of service that uplift and support those in need.
During our visit, we had the privilege of spending time with the children, sharing smiles, conversations, and moments of joy. Together with our delegates, we donated educational supplies to support the children's learning and development. A few weeks later, we continued our commitment by sponsoring lunch for the children, reinforcing that meaningful impact is created through continued care and support rather than a single act of giving.
The Children Orphanage Centre has been providing care for vulnerable children in Pattaya for more than five decades. Founded in the 1972, the organisation offers a safe and nurturing home, education, healthcare, and opportunities for children to grow into confident and independent adults. Today, it continues to care for hundreds of children, from infants through to university students, regardless of race or religion.
Our visit was a reminder that even the simplest gestures can leave a lasting impression. A shared meal, a warm smile, words of encouragement, or the gift of educational resources can bring hope and remind children that they are valued, supported, and never forgotten.
At Global Universe Queens, we are committed to creating opportunities for women to become leaders not only through pageantry but also through community service. We encourage every delegate to embrace compassion, empathy, and social responsibility, recognising that true leadership is reflected in the positive impact we create in the lives of others.
As we continue our journey towards the international debut of Global Universe Queens in June 2027, community engagement will remain at the heart of everything we do. Our vision is to inspire women to become ambassadors of kindness, purpose, and positive change, creating a ripple effect that extends far beyond the stage.
